Mazandaran Freestyle wrestling team represented Iran at 2014 Grand Prix of Spain and achieved 4 four medals.

Five wrestlers of Mazandaran Workers team competed at Madrid tournament. Former World junior world medalist Abbas Dabaghi captured gold medal at 61kg, Shabanali Ghafari won 125kg silver medal and Gholamreza Abdollahpour (65kg) and Saber Emamgholipour (86kg) were Iranian bronze medalists.

Javad Dadashi (57kg) was the only Iranian wrestler who failed to win medal.

21 countries competed at Madrid Grand Prix as the host team placed first by 60 points, South Korea came second(53 points) and Iran placed third(43 points)
