      Iranian compete for two gold and one bronze

      Iranian freestyle wrestlers will compete for two gold medals and one bronze at first day of Asian championship in Jeju, Korea.

      2007 Asia silver medalist at 74kg,Meisam Mostafa Jokar, and 2007 Asia silver medalist at 96kg,Amir Ganji, defeated their rivals and went to final as 2006 world champion Morad Mohammadi lost to Takatsuka from Japan in 60kg semi final.

      Iranian performance in first day morning of Asian Championship:


      60kg: Morad Mohammadi

      First round: Won Lee Shun Ren(TPE) in two periods

      Second round:  Won Kim Jungo Dae(KOR) 1-0, 3-0

      Semifinal: Loss Takatsuka(JPN) 1-0(clinch), 1-0

      In final Takatsuka(JPN) wrestle against Yugeshvar Dutt(IND)

      3-5 match: Mohammadi compete against Ryom Jong Min(PRK) or Sengodorj Sukhbatar(MGL)


      74kg: Meisam Mostafa Jokar

      First round: Bye

      Second round:Won Dorjvanchig(MGL) in two periods

      Semifinal: Won Si Riguleng(CHN) in two periods

      Final: Jokar will compete against Cho Byung Kwan(KOR)

       

      96kg: Amir Abbas Moradi Ganji

      First round: Bye

      Second round: Won Naveen(IND) in two periods

      Semifinal: Won Koo Tae Hyun(KOR) in two periods

      Final: Ganji will compete against Kurban Kurbanov(UZB)
