After Alireza Heydari resigned from Iran freestyle world team head coaching, Iran wrestling federation had a negotiation with Moezipour and Moezipour accepted to lead Iran freestyle team at the Beijing Olympic. Moezipour was Iran junior team head coach at 2006 and 2007 world championships and his team was second in both competitions. Also he was Iran head coach at the 1982 senior world championship and as Iran junior team head coach in eight years.
